1. Share Your Plans

Complete the private enquiry form with your travel dates, treatment preferences and priorities. Every enquiry is handled personally.

2. Personalised Recommendation

We curate a tailored treatment itinerary based entirely around you, your schedule, your preferences and your desired treatments. All our partners are rated 4.8* or greater on Google Reviews and are English speaking.

Your proposal will include:

A suggested schedule
The recommended venues
Clear pricing for each treatment (paid directly at the venue)
Estimated total cost in HUF (Hungarian Forints)

We can refine your itinerary together until it feels exactly right. There is no fee while we shape and adjust your plan. Additionally for being a client, we are more than happy to help with anything else you desire during your time in the city from restaurants to cafes, bars, music, local events and festivals, please feel free to ask.

3. Confirmation & Concierge Fee

When you're ready to proceed, a modest concierge fee secures your personalised itinerary and confirmed bookings. At that stage we'll begin arranging your appointments with our trusted, proven partners across Budapest.

Securing Your Appointments

Due to the popularity of many of Budapest’s leading wellness providers, appointment availability can change quickly, particularly for peak times and in-demand treatments.

To secure your preferred schedule, it’s important that the confirmation and concierge fee payment are completed promptly following your proposal.

Appointments are only secured once payment has been received and bookings have been confirmed. Delays may result in limited availability or the need to adjust your itinerary.

4. Payment at the Venue

All treatment costs are paid directly at each venue. Payments are typically made in Hungarian Forints (HUF). All our venues accept major debit and credit cards.

Booking, Cancellation and Liability Policy

Concierge Fee

Once bookings have been confirmed the concierge fee is non-refundable. This reflects the time spent curating, coordinating and securing your personalised wellness experience.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel an appointment:

More than 72 hours notice: we will do our best to help rearrange your appointment, subject to the relevant venues availability and policy.

Less than 72 hours notice: cancellation or amendment charges may apply in accordance with the venue or provider's own terms.

No shows or missed appointments: may result in the full treatment cost being charged by the venue or practitioner.

Third-Party Services

Budapest Wellness Concierge provides an independent concierge and booking coordination service. Treatments and services are delivered by carefully selected independent third party venues and practitioners.

Whilst we take care in selecting trusted partners, Budapest Wellness Concierge is not the provider of the treatments or services themselves and is therefore not responsible for the delivery, outcome, quality, suitability or experience of any treatment or service provided by a third party. Any complaints, dissatisfaction, adverse reactions, treatment disputes or service issues must be raised directly with the venue or practitioner responsible.

Our Responsibility

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Budapest Wellness Concierge remains responsible for providing its own concierge and coordination services with reasonable care and skill.

Venue Policies

All bookings remain subject to the individual venue's own terms, availability, treatment policies, cancellation rules and health/suitability requirements.

Health and Suitability

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically suitable for any treatment booked and for disclosing any relevant health, allergy, or treatment-related information directly to the provider before the appointment.
